Can we take a tour of your home?
Multiple tours unsettle current guests and reduce activity time. We send video tours of our home and garden instead.
Is there a discount for boarding more than 1 dog?
Each additional dog means more care, supervision and attention. Rates are per dog with no discounts available.
Will my dog be let off lead during walks?
We have a large secure garden for off-lead time. All walks outside the garden are strictly on lead only.
Why do I need to book a trial session?
We must ensure your dog will be happy here. The trial lets us see if they get on with our dogs, settle well, and react positively to our cats.
Where will my dog sleep?
Some dogs settle downstairs in various rooms. We also allow dogs to sleep upstairs in our bedroom beside us in their own bed.
Do you accept puppies?
All dogs must be neutered, fully house trained, and happy to be left alone for short periods. Usually a little over a year old.
Are you licenced and Insured?
Yes, we hold a 5 star licence with TMBC and are insured with Petplan Sanctuary.
What do I need to bring?
You'll receive a list once we confirm your dog's stay. Essentials include food, collar + ID tag, and any medication.
