What happens if our stay is cut short?
If your holiday is cut short for any reason and your dog is to be picked up early you are more than welcome to contact us. There is no refund for holidays cut short as we hold spaces for the duration of your dogs stay.
Do we require a deposit?
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking with us. The deposit is non-transferable and non refundable.
Will my dog be left alone at any period?
Our license allows us to leave our boarded dogs for a 3hr period within 24hrs.
What happens if my dog falls ill or gets an injury during their stay?
If your dog falls ill/get's an injury or requires any veterinary treatment during their stay, we will take them to our registered vet. All veterinary fees will be the responsibility of you, the dog owner.
What do I need to bring for my dogs stay?
Your dog must be fully vaccinated and up to date with their flea and worming treatments. We need a hard copy of the vaccination record on every visit. You need to bring their own food to last the duration of their stay.
What do we do if a dog doesn't get along with others?
We do strict 2 part trial session (mandatory) for all our clients so hopefully we would pick up any issues. If there was a problem during your dogs stay we have lots of separate areas to split dogs.
Are there any dogs you don't accept?
We do not accept dogs under the age of 12 months. We can't accept dogs that are aggressive to either people or other dogs. Dogs need to be handled by us on a daily basis so very nervous dogs may be unsuitable. We can't accept bitches in heat or entire males.
How much exercise will my dog get?
All dogs will be taken for a walk around our fully enclosed 2 acre paddock, at least 3 times a day.
