What should I bring for my dog/cat on arrival?
The most important thing to remember is to bring your dogs/cats proof of vaccinations from the vet. Then, if you wish, please bring any toys, treat, food or bedding that may be required.
I have more then 1 dog/cat - can they stay together?
Our kennels are large and are designed for having more then 1 dog from a family in each. If you would like to ensure that the kennels are suitable for your dogs please arrange a visit. Cats can also stay together during there stay.
Is there someone to look after my dog(s)/cat(s) in the evenings and on weekends when you are closed?
We live on-site and have the ability to tend to the dog(s), cat(s) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
My dog/cat is on a special diet. Is this a problem?
Not at all. We cater to many diets, but if you wish you can provide your dogs/cats food.
Can I bring my dog's/cats toys, treats and bedding?
Certainly. We do provide comfortable, clean bedding and provide lots of care and attention during your dogs/cats stay. If you think they would prefer to have their own toys, treats and bedding then please bring them on day of arrival. Please note however we can not guarantee their safe return should your pet damage them.
